醤油

片栗粉

黒ゴマ
少量
揚げ油
Cooking procedures
サツマイモを乱切りにして素揚げする
その他の材料を混ぜ合わせ火にかける
とろみが出てきたところで揚げたサツマイモを入れる
とろみがつけば出来上がり
